How the wallet works
Top up by card from $10. Each message is charged when it is sent; anything that fails before reaching a carrier is refunded automatically. Numbers and campaigns renew monthly from the wallet.
Payments and security
Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. Every charge appears in a ledger you can export. Prices are in US dollars.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancel any time by releasing your numbers; there is no contract. Unused wallet funds are refundable on request within 30 days of the top-up. Full details in the refund policy.
